PREMA Powerteam came home from Hockenheim with a podium finish in round 3 of the 2019 ADAC F4 Championship. As teams and drivers lined-up before the German F1 Grand Prix crowd at the 4.6-kilometre venue, an adjusted schedule featured only two races instead of three. Starting from P6 twice, Gianluca Petecof improved his position on both occasions. In race 1 he was able to secure another podium finish by ending up in third place, while in race 2 he came just short of the same result, scoring valuable points in P4.
Oliver Rasmussen brought home a points finish in race 1, ending up seventh, and then barely missed the top-10 in race 2, remaining consistent and avoiding any mistake.
Paul Aron faced a more troubled weekend, finishing race 1 in arrears due to a contact and losing ground after going off in race 2 before ultimately retiring.
Alessandro Famularo was the most unlucky driver of the weekend. After stopping due to a technical issue in race 1, he was clipped by two crashing cars leading to a DNF in race 2.

"Overall it wasn’t a good weekend for me. You can't always win. Qualifying for race 1 wasn't the best, as we struggled a bit with the setup and maybe I didn't give the maximum myself, but it wasn't too bad and in race 1 we did quite a good job. Unfortunately, I later made contact with another driver. In race 2 the start wasn't the best and I found myself in the wrong position at the wrong time for the first corners which put me in a tough situation. Then I had to retire not too much later. I hope we will be back in full shape at Zandvoort."

"Two positive races for us as we could move up from qualifying. We had a very good race 1, ending it with a podium in P3, and a positive race 2, finishing in P4. It has been a difficult weekend in some aspects but we overcame that to extract the maximum out of it. We got good points in the end, and we are back in the fight for the championship. I'm very much looking forward to the next round in Zandvoort."

"We got more work than results this weekend. It was difficult because we didn't have a lot of driving time here at the beginning of the weekend. Qualifying 1 was good, while in qualifying 2 I didn't manage to put the lap together. The races don't really reflect what I can do, but there is work yet to be done and I am still making some mistakes. In the next races, the results will probably come if I will manage to put everything together."

"Race 1 was a little unlucky because we had a technical issue with the car's turbocharger and I found myself with no speed. It's a shame because the start of the race was very good, we went from P11 to P7 and we had the chance to score good points. In race 2, starting from the back, I was caught in a contact that involved two other drivers. I wasn't even in the fight but as I passed by, I had nowhere to go and I was hit in the back. It's a shame for how the weekend went but there was nothing I could do..."
