PREMA Powerteam can celebrate a new winner in its 2019 Formula 4 Campaign. Lining-up for the second round of the German ADAC series at Red Bull Ring, rookie Paul Aron posted an amazing win in race 3, his first in single seaters. The Estonian rookie played his game to perfection, staying in touch with the leaders and then making the most of the situation to perform an incredible outside move, nipping both contenders.
Gianluca Petecof brought home valuable points despite a mistake in qualifying 1. The Brazilian fought back to fifth place in race 1 after starting from the sixth row, and made it even better in race 2, storming from P23 to fourth place in outstanding fashion. Unfortunately, a contact put him out of contention in race 3.
Venezuelan racer Alessandro Famularo had a promising start of the weekend, with a good qualifying effort leading to the fourth place in race 1. Famularo was again a contender in race 2 before dropping back to P11, and eventually ended up off-track due to contact in race 3. Oliver Rasmussen was again consistent. The 18-year-old Dane took three points finishes out of a challenging Austrian weekend.

"Race 3 has been one of the most exciting of my life. I'm so happy I managed to end it with a win! I didn't have the best speed, but I was able to get in the right place at the right time and that's what makes it even better. I couldn't have dreamed of a better first win in single seaters!"
# 5 - Gianluca Petecof
"The weekend had a lot of ups and downs. We had a really good pace in qualy but I made a mistake and crashed in qualy 1. We knew that we needed to recover in the races and that's what we aimed for. We went from P12 to P5 in Race 1. Then we had a really strong Race 2 with lots of action, coming from the back, P23 to P4. Then in Race 2, while fighting for the win, we were involved in a contact. It was a disappointing ending to what would have been a stellar weekend considering what happened in qualifying. I'm looking forward to getting back on track in the next races."
# 10 - Oliver Rasmussen
"Difficult weekend here in Red Bull Ring, as we were struggling with the pace. It was not easy to find the right way to perform on this track. We will have to look into the data to try to change direction and make it better for the next time."
# 11 - Alessandro Famularo
"It went so good at the beginning of the weekend, we had 2 good qualifying sessions. Race 1 was alright, nothing special, while in Race 2 I did a big mistake that cost me P1 as the leader had a 30sec penalty. It has been disappointing, but we are going to learn and work more for the next round!"
